I got the Notification at 2:42 am to Download.
Scooter has downloaded the OS by itself ( may be by Connected WiFi) and notified me to Install at nearby 4 O’clock.
I’ve installed it after 7 am.
(No new feature Noticed after the updation, I was using BETA 4)
