How to know that I am successfully enrolled for Battery Warranty for 8 year /80000 km ? Am I supposed to get a certificate/letter or any documentation in support of such warranty

If you have purchased your scooter after 2 Feb or your scooter was delivered after this date, you will automatically get 8 year/80k battery warranty. You will get a certificate soon.

My motor vehicle is a delivered on 4th February . As I have already paid to the extended warranty and extended up to 5 years . Now, inorder to extend the warranty for remaining years , it should be automatically rather than again asking to pay full amount 8 years . Either is should be automatically apply for 8 years without any fee or deduct the amount paid earlier to total amount for remaining years.

What about this ??

I have purchased ola S1x plus which was delivered on 4th February but don’t show me 8years battery warranty in ola app or any certificate.

I also got the delivery on the 2nd Feb 2024 and have also paid for extended warranty for five years for both battery and motor warranty. I also want 8 years battery warranty certificate as the scooter was delivered on 2nd feb 2024

I received delivery of my ola scooter on 29th of February but still no 8 yr warranty is added and the warranty still shows for 5 years only we talked to experience center but they do not give specific reply

How will be the warranty considered?

Is there anything like before 8yrs or 80k kms if total km range goes below 80km or any specific km we’ll replace the battery under warranty.

I didn’t got any email or notification that I am eligible for 8 year battery warranty my purchased date of S1X+ is 07 Dec 2023 and vehicle delivered date is 28th Jan 2024. I had 5 successful referral completed on 4th March today my Successful Referrals count is 9 and more than 50 days crossed for 5 successful referral completed by me but ola didn’t response very well for my emails, raised tickets and on social media highlighted concerns about why I didn’t got 8 year battery warranty certificate by email as in FAQs Ola community admin answered that within 30 days certificate will be generated after 5th Successful Referral completed.
