I’ve experienced an unusual noise in my vehicle at speeds between 25-30 KM/hr. Despite reporting the issue through customer service a month ago, no technician has visited. The assigned person suggests visiting an Ola experience center, contrary to my Ola Care Plus plan. I question the validity of the plan if on-site visits aren’t provided. My confidence in Ola’s service is diminishing, and I fear this sentiment might affect other customers.
