I am Sanjeev Kumar and my registered mobile number is 9837401209 My son participated in the Ride the Revolution contest started his journey from 3:00 AM dated 12 Aug 2024 in the morning and completed 354 kms non - stop in a single stretch without fail till 11:30 PM at Roorkee Ola Experience Centre before time where they had no knowledge about the contest details on the community forum and wasted time in making videos of achieved range even not offered a glass of water to my son all the OLA STAFF WAS DRUNK after 22 hrs.of continuous Ride before 00:00 hour they mailed & shared the achieved range in there group & seniors no leaderboard was appearing in ride journal after putting my ola in the charging Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest as we did all we could to upload the details of my son completed ride but couldn’t get any help from the team. NEXT MORNING I ask
Ola Roorkee manager about the mail response he didn’t respond & blocked my number sharing the call details also with oa Roorkee manager shobhit sangean mo.no.
Need immediate attention on this matter. before results declared
