Worst experience with hypercharge where everyone charge there ola scooter free of cost ola charge me for charging with hypercharge and when I complaint about it by mail then ola not responding on mail to wrost service

I am writing this mail to informed you that I have purchased an OLA S1 PRO 2nd generation WHITE coloured, dtd on 26th Dec’24. I have took delivery of the same DTD on 16th Jan’ 25.

On the booking date there is a Christmas offer of extended warranty of additional 5 years , 80000KMs. To have a benefit of this special offer I have booked it & made full payment for the vehicle.

However, I do not received any details of this extended warranty.

Request you to provide me the extended warranty as per the offer.

And morning 26 july it is dead my ola is not working
Thn i call toll free number but nor response from your side
Also your service centre members not responding and not slove mt problem still my problem is not sholve . I’m very upset ola service is not good . It is very slow . I can knw when my ola will get ready ???
