The issue here in your case is to find the culprit who did this mischief. Again the fault is not Ola’s to make a software lock for lid. Next time if the wheel is stolen or someone scratched your scooter or managed to remove your mirrors… Would you pin that as a problem Ola needs to look into? Every problem on the scooter (including few of the above) cannot be addressed by Ola. We need to be logical enough to deal with some of these issues by ourselves.
